Nigel Beynon BSc (Econ) Hons, MSI

Nigel has over 15 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry, covering investment management, stockbroking and Corporate Finance.  He has general management experience, and is a former Director of Williams de Broe Investment Management and Durlacher Securities.  Nigel has advised many clients on company valuation.

Ceri Mark Jones ACA

Ceri trained as an accountant with a leading practice, qualified as an investment manager and then joined the team, as Financial Director, that grew quoted textiles company Hicking Pentecost from being valued at £5million to being valued at over £100million.  It was eventually sold to Coats Viyella.  Since then, Ceri has been Chairman of a travel software company, which has shown outstanding growth since his arrival.  Ceri is an expert in financial strategy and company taxation.

Michael J. Smith BSc, MBA

Michael has over 30 years’ experience at the highest levels of general management.  He has worked at the highest levels of corporate management in the USA and UK, and was for 8 years the CEO of API, a FTSE listed company with interests in paper, packaging and printing.  Michael is at present Executive Chairman of Spicer Hallfield.

Guy O Dove III

Guy has over 35 years’ experience as an investment banker at the most senior level, both in the USA and UK, and has been involved in both Mergers and Acquisitions and Funding issues.  He has a wide range of business interests including Property and Oil and Gas, and holds a number of directorships in these and other areas.

Iain Colling MBA

Iain has over 13 years’ senior management experience in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Customer Service in retail and distribution environments, most recently gained at Kingfisher and Woolworth Group.

With in-depth ‘Operational’ understanding, balanced by a thorough appreciation of financial realities, Iain brings a pragmatic approach to value chain analysis and organisational capability planning, from allowing early identification of key opportunities and risks to achieving client company goals.
